Small Package Auditing, how does it work?

FedEx and UPS guarantee that your shipments will arrive at their destination by the time promised. Even the carrier GROUND shipments have service guarantees. If a shipment is more than one-minute late and it is the fault of the carriers, you are entitled to up to a 100% refund of your shipping charges. Once you provide us your shipping carrier information and fill out our application, we take it from there. If you spend over $400,000 in shipping then this program is for you. There are no shipping logs to provide us with on a weekly basis. The carriers provide us all the information we need to start working for you. We may require a quick one-time step that takes only five minutes but our support staff will walk you through it. Once we have a client setup, it is essentially on auto-pilot for your company. Nothing internally needs to change, except for the fact that it’s one less area to worry about.

M-Logic’s auditing services are the most thorough in the industry. While other auditors are satisfied analyzing only 5 or 6 criteria, M-Logic scrutinizes more than 50 items and every code on your invoice to ensure that your parcel carrier is billing you correctly. We check your electronic invoice or manifest for:

• Accurate weight
• Overcharges
• Duplicated invoices and airbills
• Correct rates
• Applied discounts based on volume tier
• Unauthorized account use
• Damages to packages
