Document: If you decide that you will move forward with our recommendations, our project managers will meet with all the personnel in your business to ensure they have a clear understanding of what the solution will deliver and what we need to achieve success. Once everyone is satisfied with the technical and functional specifications, the project begins Preparation: Our engineers work with your IT staff to lay out how we will achieve the results you need in the specified time period.

Build: Our collaborative preparation stage yields clear project plans, specifications, and statements of work that are realistic and specific in terms of roles, responsibilities, time scales, and deliverables. We expect to install, configure, test, and train on time and under budget.

Go Live: Our project personnel are with you every step of the way.

Support: Through proactive customer service after the Go Live date, we are able to ensure our customers the same level of satisfaction before, during and after the project.
